Welcome to The Hollywood - the friendliest place to stage your celebrations and events in Essex. Established in the 1940's The Hollywood Room is the one that everyone knows, it is a local land-mark. We have had couples who had their Wedding reception here come back to celebrate their silver and golden wedding anniversaries! Purpose build in the 1980's, the Westwood Room is one of the largest venues in the area with a capacity of 300 informally. Popular for ladies nights, reunions, conferences and exhibitions it is also the room we use for our popular Christmas Dinner Discos from late November onwards. The Oak Room was added in 2001 for the purpose of holding civil wedding ceremonies but has also proved to be very successful for Conference Meetings and seminars. The Board Room is also available for those smaller Meetings. With over 30 years experience of catering for functions and business lunches our staff are here to advise and guide you through what ever event you are planning.
