TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE Please note that there is a nominal hire charge for
small parties and Celebration parties held on a Saturday Night may be subject
to an additional hire charge, subject to availability ( additional hire not
applicable Fridays or Sunday).
Once a booking is made, we require an initial deposit
of £100, followed by a further £200 payable one year before the
wedding date. For other hires we require a deposit of £200. Deposits are
non refundable.
The balance is due on or before the day and can be paid by
cheque/bankers draft or cash. Payment by credit card would have to be by prior
arrangement and would be subject to a 2% service charge.
Final numbers are required 7 working
days beforehand.
We would like to point out that we run a very strict under-age
drinking policy in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003.Younger guests may be
asked to produce I.D. 'No proof of age - No Alcohol'.
Because of the danger, we ask that
young children are kept within the building and not allowed to run in the car
park. Please ask your guests to be responsible.
In the unlikely event of damage to
property caused by your guests, we will hold you responsible for any repair
costs.
We do allow
the room to be decorated with balloons, banners, but NO metallic 'confetti,'
please check with the Manager beforehand. The use of a staple gun, nails and
glue are not allowed on our walls or furnishings.
In the unlikely event of a fire, we do
need to know if there are any guests attending with disabilities that require
help evacuating the building.
